The Map of Fleet Feet

A random magic item for any system you like. 

The Map of Fleet Feet is an odd item - if you look at the map and walk in a direction, the map scrolls. When you look up, you are in the location in the middle of the map.

It absolutely does not work if you are looking up while moving. All eyes on the map, please. There are those that say it was left by the creator, but then some people will say anything, won't they?
